A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I'm from Albuquerque, New Mexico and spent most of my life here. Despite mainly living in one place, I love to travel near and far. I enjoy experiencing other cultures and seeing how different the world is from place to place.


Some of my favorite places are Australia, Colorado, San Diego, San Francisco, Germany, Italy, Budapest, and Puerto Vallarta. I have a list of places to visit (and photograph!) before I die, which is way too long to list here, but a few of them are Thailand, Machu Picchu, Cape Town, Kenya, Egypt, Scandinavia, Hong Kong, The Great Wall, Tibet, Glacier National Park, and Ireland.


I'm a huge sports fan. I enjoy almost any sporting event, but my favorites are college football and basketball, hockey, and soccer. Colorado State will always be my team, with the New Mexico Lobos a close second.


I have a cat and a dog that I enjoy spending as much time as possible with. My family and friends are also very important to me. I also enjoy skiing, playing hockey, and every once in a while being somewhat of a geek with all my gadgets.


MY PHOTOGRAPHY


I incorporate everything above and more into the images I take. My photographs are about life, interactions, beauty, and what piques my curiosity. I enjoy looking at the world through the viewfinder and sharing my images, and hope you enjoy them as much as I do!


I have a growing list of photography gear, with the realization that gear is not what makes the great shots but the photographer themselves. This still doesn't keep me from lusting for the latest glass to compliment my collection! I shoot Canon and right now am using a Canon 50D which I love, with an assortment of lenses.
